Join Ned Gardiner to start your day with basic yoga asanas to get your mind and body in sync for the work day ahead. Wear comfortable clothing. A yoga mat, block, and belt will be helpful but not necessary. All levels welcome. Yoga will take place in the Madison Concourse Hotel -University Room on April 24.
