Registration Desk Hours

All attendees will need to pick up their name badges at the third floor registration desk before entering the event space. Attendees can pick up badges at any of the times listed below:

  • Monday, October 24: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday, October 25: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday, October 26: 7:00 am – 5:45 pm
  • Thursday, October 27: 7:00 – 11:30 am

Registration is Closed

Registration for the 5th National Adaptation Forum is now closed and the registration waitlist has been filled. We truly apologize if you are unable to attend this year’s Forum. When we began this planning process we contracted with a smaller venue fully expecting registration numbers to be low as a result of the pandemic. The adaptation community fully surpassed our expectations and we quickly met the capacity of our venue.

Travel Guilt Offset

Traveling to a meeting about climate change presents an existential challenge for many, which is why each Forum EcoAdapt donates money to a local organization that undertakes climate adaptation activities. These donations serve as a way to support on-the-ground adaptation action and help to offset any guilt some may feel from traveling.

EcoAdapt is excited to announce that this year’s travel guilt donations will support Baltimore Green Space. Learn more about their work.

Registration Cancellation Policies

  • If a participant cancels on or before October 1, 2022, the participant will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee
  • Between October 1-24, 2022 12 am ET, registrations can be transferred to another participant, but no refunds will be issued.
  • After October 24, 2022, registrations will not be transferred or refunded.
