Code of Conduct
The National Adaptation Forum is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and productive experience for everyone, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical or cognitive ability, physical appearance, nationality, or religion.
We invite all participants to engage with one another in a spirit of respect and kindness, creating an environment where everyone feels safe and included. This includes being mindful of our own assumptions, approaching differences with openness and curiosity, and welcoming a wide range of perspectives, even those we may not personally share. Throughout the event, we encourage communication that is thoughtful, constructive, and professional, and we ask that discussions focus on ideas rather than individuals.
Together, we can shape the event to reflect our shared commitment to openness, mutual respect, and a wide range of perspectives. We appreciate your willingness to help us aim for this level of quality and integrity.
